The first public orchard in the Southeast, the Orchard at White Street Park features a fully functional orchard, lawn areas for relaxation and play, a pavilion, winding pathways, and natural children’s play features throughout the one acre site. The Orchard at White Street Park provides families with a fun and engaging space that changes through the seasons, encourages creative and self-guided outdoor play, and grows fresh fruit.
We will meet in the barn and refreshments will be provided by Ippolito's. Parking is available at the church parking lot across the street on White Street. Park representatives will be telling us about the park and giving tours.
