Registration

  • Market your business and the SBA from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Sign up for as many slots as you want
  • Market your business and the SBA from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sign up for as many slots as you want
  • Market your business and the SBA from 4 pm to 7 pm. Sign up for as many slots as you want
  • Market your business and the SBA from 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Sign up for as many slots as you want
  • Market your business and the SBA from 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sign up for as many slots as you want
  • Friday Evening and Sunday Morning or act as an anytime volunteer.

We need volunteers!!

Here is your chance to meet thousands of potential customers and market your business, tell folks about the Suwanee Business Association, or just hang out with local citizens and enjoy the fun!

Vendor Hours
Saturday, September 15, 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Sunday, September 16, 12:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Here are the particulars:
We need at least 2-3 people to work each shift at the SBA tent during the two day Suwanee Fest this year.  There are 3 shifts available on Saturday, and 2 shifts available on Sunday.  You are welcome to bring ONE informational item representing your business, and any small giveaway item of your choice to give away during your shift.  It is your responsibility to remove any of your leftover items when you leave!
We will have a prize wheel that can be used as a game for prize giveaways.  The SBA will have some prizes available, but feel free to bring something from your company to use as a prize as well.

Also keep in mind that the parade starts at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday and Buford Hwy will be closed to traffic.  Plus, parking will be difficult to find.  Please plan to be dropped off and picked up before and after your shift. Or, you are welcome to use the free public transportation for transport to and from the event from Shallowford Baptist Church on Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road.
Shift Opportunities
Saturday: 
Shift 1: 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Shift 2: 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Shift 3: 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Sunday:
Shift 1: 12:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Shift 2: 2:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
